Early marine research and hatchery expertise

Tom Frese led marine laboratory design, construction, and operations for Florida International University, supporting state-led fish restocking programmes in Biscayne Bay.

Large-scale tilapia project development in Venezuela

AquaSol starts a 4-year project including development and management for a greenfield tilapia farming operation, overseeing site selection, design, construction, production protocols, and operations over several years.

Expansion into Latin American aquaculture advisory

AquaSol advised on major tilapia and freshwater prawn projects in Suriname and the Dominican Republic, delivering feasibility studies, site analysis, and expert operational opinions.

Strategic transformation of shrimp farms to tilapia

AquaSol developed and implemented a strategic plan to convert two large shrimp farming operations in Ecuador into successful tilapia farms covering more than 4,000 hectares.
