Jim Brenner and Tom Frese served as Expert Witnesses for the Defense in a US$233 million claim initiated by Trade Wind Industries, Ltd., a former conch farm in Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands. The claim was made against the Governor and the Government of the Turks and Caicos Islands and the Crown of the United Kingdom.

Expert witness testimony was ultimately presented in front of a Tribunal in the United Kingdom.
